This week has been interesting as far as WordPress security is concerned.
One, I received an email from the security plugin of one of my websites telling me that a user who had tried to login using the username "Admin" had been blocked from the site. So happy to have security in place.
Two, I also had a conversation with a client who was asking me why would anybody hack her site.
So this got me thinking about how much security is something to take seriously and that prevention really is the best line of defense.
So here are a few more thoughts on what you can do to improve your WordPress site security.
